Hi, I'm Tania   and like you, I'm no stranger to the fact that life is not always a happy shiny place.  Sadly, I can't fix that for you.  However, I can help you to combat whatever is bothering you with the ability to make things that put a smile back on your face!

The next delivery of bad things might be just around the corner, so my philosophy is to grab happiness as much as possible.  For me, making art on a regular basis is the way to maintain a sunny disposition! 

My secret is to spend my days making things, things that are bright, colourful and

not too serious...irreverent things!

Art has long been known to be therapeutic.  

I'm far too down to earth to start evangelising about the healing powers of art, but I have learned first hand that creating things can offer a powerful means to shift focus away from troublesome nastiness.  Doing something with your hands can engage your thoughts in practical problem solving rather than in navel gazing, allowing your background programmes to unravel your woe's subconsciously in a healthier way.   Plus you get to surround yourself with the results of your efforts -  life affirming art, something that you have achieved and that will keep on giving you pleasure!
